Outlet Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced All Day Dining Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the All Day Dining Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our bustling restaurant, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests from breakfast through dinner.

  • Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver outstanding customer service
  • implement innovative menu concepts that cater to diverse palates and dietary requirements
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve dining offerings and service quality
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and special promotions
  • Oversee staff training and development programs to enhance skills and maintain service excellence
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Stay current with food and beverage trends to keep the restaurant offerings fresh and competitive

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in high-volume, all-day dining establishments
  • Proven track record in menu planning, food and beverage cost control, and inventory management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
  • Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and current Food Safety Certification
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with international cuisines and current food and beverage trends
  • Understanding of Middle Eastern dining culture and preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
