岗位职责
1. 负责黑珍珠一钻餐厅的制备、出品;
2. 根据指示并按照工作标准去准备、加工和提供食品。
3. 按照食谱配方,以正确的烹饪程序和精美的呈现方式,确保食物的鲜美,新鲜,安全。
4. 确保正确安全的使用所有设备和器具。
5. 高标准的保持工作区域、存储区域、保鲜及冷冻冰箱的卫生、干净整洁。
岗位要求
1.1年以上高端牛排馆或国际酒店厨房工作经验;
2. 熟悉厨房卫生管理标准;
