Food & Beverage Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

Ensures smooth and efficient running of the F&B offices, carries out administrative and secretarial duties for the Food and Beverage Manager and ensures the smooth and efficient running of the business centre.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous Admin experience in an F&B environment is essential.
• In depth knowledge of Open Table.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including MS Publisher
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Good telephone and email manners
• Flexible approach to work
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Capable of meeting strict deadlines

EDUCATION OR CERTIFICATION

• Preferred Certifications in administration.

• Operations:  Assists in managing the daily operational admin duties of the Food and Beverage.  Ensures compliance with Marriott Operating Standards to maintain brand integrity.

• Human Resources:  Assists in maintaining the Marriott culture.
• Financial Management:  Assists as needed in managing the Food and Beverage function operating budget and capital expenditure budget to achieve or exceed budget expectations.
