Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who possess

• Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm, superior interpersonal skills, result oriented and highly self motivated
• Strong Supervisory and managerial skills also a must
• Excellent computer skills necessary including Opera systems, MS Office, and Lotus Notes
• Professional, service oriented, eager to help co workers, adoptable with changes
• Strong leadership and organizational skills necessary.
• High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the hotel
• Advanced proficiency and clear and polite conversation skill in English and Turkish, second language is preferred
• High attention to detail, strong organization skills, result orientation
• Strong leading and training skills.
• Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule
• Superior communication skills
