Position Overview:

The Regional Director of Sales, Latin America is responsible for leading Accor’s luxury and lifestyle sales efforts across the LATAM region. This role focuses on driving commercial success, strengthening strategic agency and consortia partnerships, and elevating the presence of Accor’s luxury brands throughout Latin America. The position requires a highly collaborative, strategic leader who can effectively manage regional sales efforts and ensure alignment with global priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the luxury and lifestyle sales strategy across Latin America, aligning with broader Americas and global business objectives
  • Manage Accor Preferred partnerships and HERA relationships, ensuring each has a clearly defined strategic and sales marketing plan tailored to the Latin American market
  • Collaborate with hotels to support positioning, contracting, and sales opportunities within the region
  • Identify market trends, and unlock new opportunities
  • Represent Accor’s luxury and lifestyle brands at key regional trade shows, client events, and industry forums
  • Support the execution of sales & marketing to maximize partner engagement and revenue performance
  • Assist with budget planning and provide input into regional forecasting and business planning
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and encourage a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability
