We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commis Chef, where you will receive training, support, and development from chefs with global experience and a deep passion for local cuisine. All roles in our Mercure Melbourne Doncaster kitchen are collaborative and designed to foster team engagement and creativity. • Recognised culinary training and employment experience.
• Commercial cookery certification; Safe Food Handling or Supervisor certificate is preferred.
