Bakery Chef

1. Supervises and participates in the preparation of all bread, Danish, croissants and bakery in general.
2. Checks all the orders from outside and prepares them accordingly.
3. Prepares requisition based on stocks and order and submits to Exec. Pastry Chef/ delegate.
4. Checks received storeroom items on quality and quantity.
5. Devices special bread and Danish and develops recipes under supervision of Pastry Chef.
6. Control cost by minimizing spoilage and avoid over production.
7. Sets up and checks buffet breakfast in Coffee shop and pastry shop.
8. Checks and sets up the bread display outside the coffee shop/ pastry shop/ banquet or where required.
9. Checks daily functions, transfers and prepares bread accordingly.
10. Designs and prepares bread showpieces which may be assigned.
11. Participates in determination and goal of the kitchen.

Your experience and skills include:
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
Add diplomas/certifications required if needed
