About the role
This position is going to be dedicated to enhancing the overall employee experience by focusing on wellbeing, enrichment, and recognition initiatives across the company. This position plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment where employees feel valued, celebrated, and motivated. Your role is to ensure that the employee journey is always exciting from onboarding to day to day activities.
What you will do
-Develop and implement various wellness initiatives aimed at promoting physical, mental, and emotional wellness among employees. This may include organizing yoga sessions, meditation classes, wellness challenges, and access to wellness resources.
– Curate a range of enrichment activities designed to engage and inspire employees. This could involve organizing workshops, seminars, and skill-building sessions on topics such as personal development, career advancement, and work-life balance.
– Coordinate memorable birthday celebrations for employees to make them feel special and appreciated. Organize personalized surprises, arranging group celebrations, or providing small tokens of appreciation.
