Job Description

 

Rate of pay: $19.00/hour USD

The Concierge is responsible for greeting all guests, and following restaurant sitting procedures.   This is a fast paced position with constant guest interaction.

  • Communicate all reservations and guest comments to management and servers.
  • Answer all phone calls received at the hostess stand.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of hostess stand and entryway.
  • Oversee maintenance of all Reservation and Hostess equipment, software and supplies.
  • Communication of guest profile and expectations is essential to relay forward to servers and management.

 

Qualifications

 

  • This person must have exceptional communicational skills, as well as superior guest service abilities.
  • Greet each guest with a smile upon arrival and departure.
  • Basic knowledge of food, beverage, and menu of the restaurant
  • Knowledge of the resort to accurately answer guest questions.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and follow all safety procedures.
  • Food Handlers Card required
  • Previous experience preferred
