Proposito
Bajo la orientación general del Director of F&B o cualquier otro autorizado por la dirección, realizar todas las funciones y ser responsable de coordinar y supervisar todos los aspectos de las operaciones del bar y puntos de venta de bebidas, manteniendo al mismo tiempo una operación rentable y niveles de productos y servicio de alta calidad. Se espera que él/ella promueva ideas para impulsar el negocio, reducir la rotación de empleados, mantener los presupuestos de ingresos y nóminas, y cumplir con la productividad presupuestada mientras mantiene consistentemente la calidad alta.
