The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a part time Spa Attendant to join our team, who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

Please note that this is a 32 hour contract, which will consist of 4 days a week, 8 hours a day. The shifts will not be fixed, and will consist of mornings, evenings and weekends as required.

The role:

As a Spa Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class spa experience. You will assist the Spa Team in providing impeccable service at all times to our guests, ensuring that every detail contributes to a serene and luxurious environment.

What you will do:

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms, Vitality Pool, Fitness Centre, 10th Floor Lounge, and shower facilities.
• Ensure all areas are fully stocked with towels, amenities, and refreshments.
• Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable guest service, including spa orientation and directions.
• Support therapists and spa reception with operational needs to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

What you bring:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and wellness.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting is an advantage, but not essential.
