OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
La position de F&B Client relation au Restaurant Izumi implique la responsabilité d’être tout à fait formé en matière de service à la française et faire preuve d’un esprit d’équipe. Le restaurant a une excellente réputation, c’est pourquoi nous n’employons que du personnel très qualifié. Une personnalité raffinée, élégante et chaleureuse est demandée pour maintenir la solide réputation d’un des meilleurs restaurants de Genève. Une relation empathique et pleine de bonne volonté avec les clients et ses collègues de travail, accompagnée d’excellentes qualités organisationnelles sont les éléments clés pour une F&B Client relation au Restaurant Izumi.
FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES :
1. Etre capable de suivre les procédures de l’uniforme
2. Etre capable de préparer le poste d’hôtesse (Mise en place de : présentoir, tâche et poussière dans les escaliers, propreté des menus, console avec journaux, chapeau, lunettes de soleil, journaux, etc)
3. Vérifier les réservations et le plan de salle. Adresser les demandes particulières au Chef de service (ombre, soleil, gâteau d’anniversaire, client prestige, etc…)
4. Etre capable d’ouvrir le restaurant à l’heure requise à chaque shift
5. Etre capable de développer une connaissance complète des menus, ses ingrédients
6. Etre capable d’assigner les placements des clients selon les standards Four Seasons
7. Etre capable de connaître les endroits de travail des serveurs, au quotidien, les heures de travail et leur capacité maximum de travail
8. Etre capable de maintenir à jour les informations affichées dans l’office pour l’équipe.
9. Etre capable d’être aux normes de standard de service pour que chaque client reçoive la qualité la plus élevée de service
10. Etre capable de saluer chaque client promptement tout en le regardant dans les yeux et en adoptant une expression appropriée
