Main responsibilities of an Account Manager:
- Actively contributes to the smooth operation of the sales department through proactive initiatives and actions implemented for our hotels to maximize revenue.
- Identifies, pursues, and develops new business opportunities to expand the customer portfolio and generate incremental revenue.
- Manages a portfolio of B&B accounts across multiple segments, ensuring a tailored approach to each client’s needs and long-term commercial performance.
- Works proactively to improve customer satisfaction by providing quick and positive responses to requests and resolving issues.
- Helps achieve targets by implementing tailored action plans to ensure hotel commercial results and meet budgets.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders in the RHG ecosystem, including external clients, partners, and internal RHG stakeholders (General Manager, Revenue Manager, M&E, Marketing, etc.).
- Regularly and strategically analyses hotel performance and recommends corrective actions to improve financial results.
- Continuously monitors the competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies and optimize B2B market share.
- Ensures compliance with current legislation, plans, executes, and documents best practices as part of internal and external audits, and ensures necessary follow-ups.

- Proven sales experience with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent portfolio and action plan management skills, with a field-oriented approach and exemplary leadership.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service and passion for hospitality.
- Ability to propose creative solutions and make relevant recommendations.
- Personal integrity and ability to thrive in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment that demands excellence, knowledge, skills, time, and energy.
- Experience with IT systems, CRM, and professional travel platforms (CVent Lanyon, A360, SAP, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Dutch or English and French is required.
- Solid financial analysis skills.
- Valid driving licence.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally up to 30% of the time, as required by the role.
