◇お客様および団体の到着に際し、お客様を出迎え、チェックイン手続きを完了する。
◇ホテル独自のシステムを使用して、出発されるお客様のチェックアウト手続きを完了する。
◇お部屋のアップセルをご案内
◇電話や電子登録システムを介した予約の受け付けなど、ホテルに寄せられる全般的な問い合わせや連絡に対応する。
◇VIPゲストの対応。
◇フロント業務全般 等
求める要件
◇ホスピタリティーを発揮できる方
◇マネジメント経験者優遇
◇人と話すことが好きな方
