At the iconic Signia by Hilton Atlanta, we are seeking food and beverage manager to join our team! This exciting new luxury hotel is the destination for upscale hospitality, imaginative dining, and world-class events. With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as their backdrop, this 976-room property is showcasing soul of Atlanta in a whole new way!
This position will report to the assistant director of outlets and oversee the fourth-floor dining options (Homespun, Nest and In-Room Dining) as well as the seasonal pool bar, Highball. Three supervisors and as many as 25 hourly team members per shift report to this role.
The ideal candidate for this position will have minimum two years of experience as either an assistant manager or manager at a hotel with multiple outlets that see high volume. Please note that this position will be primarily PM shifts, starting between 3-4 PM!

What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
