Your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavour will complete each guest’s experience. By taking pride in your workspace, emphasizing maintaining hygienic standards and consistency, and giving our menu the benefit of your expertise, you’ll create some of our guests’ most lasting memories.

 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Make each meal a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds. With your own signature flare, you’ll turn our high standards into memorable meals for every guest

Own your kitchen – keep on top of supplies and equipment, and minimise waste

Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed

Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player

What We need from you:

Similar experience in a commercial kitchen ideally in a hotel environment

Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider

Compliance with local laws on food safety and handling

Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to

Flexibility – night, weekend and public holiday shifts are all part of the job

Team player with a collaborative approach to work

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload

Look smart – wear your uniform with pride and adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards
