What you will do

  • Assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials.
  • Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
  • Handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols in the kitchen
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service
