ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, as Guest Relations Agent you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipation of guest needs throughout their stay.

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!

As Guest Relations Executive, key aspects of your role will include:

• Being an ambassador for the W brand
• Being the point of contact when dealing with VIP guests, ensuring any special requests are fulfilled
• Welcome all guests with a smile, eye contact and a friendly verbal greeting
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with guests
• Creating memorable experiences for our VIP guests
• Being approachable and caring and thrive on interacting with people
• Have a proactive approach with high attention to detail
• An understanding of exceptional levels of guest service
