We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Cluster Reservations Supervisor to join our reservations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations of the reservations department across multiple hotel properties, ensuring excellent guest service, maximizing room revenue, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the reservations team across all cluster properties.
• Ensure all reservations are entered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor daily availability and rate strategy implementation.
• Handle escalated guest inquiries and special requests.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new reservation agents.
• Coordinate with the sales, front office, and revenue management teams.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.

Requirements:
• Minimum [2-4] years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with PMS and CRS systems (e.g., Opera, TravelClick, etc.). Experience managing reservations through Opera Cloud will be considered an asset.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in [English and other languages if applicable].
