岗位职责
1.准备当天和次日团队的到达和离店，与客房部和备品中心协调，以便更好地为早到的客人准备好房间；
2.高效率地办理入住和退房手续，执行收银业务；
3.定时地监督系统的漏帐；
4.处理失物招领时能购迅速报告并上交物品；
5.实践和熟练掌握紧急事件处理程序；
6.确保每个班次打印报表，完成追踪报告等；
7.与礼宾部协调换房事宜等。
职位要求
1.良好的英文口语及书写能力，为全球客人提供良好的接待服务；
2.1年或以上五星级国际奢华酒店工作经验，了解前台服务流程；
3.熟练使用Opera系统；
4.良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
