• Oversee all hotel operations during the night as the manager on duty
• Manage night audit process, including financial reconciliation and reporting
• Handle front desk operations: check ins, check outs, guest requests, and complaints
• Ensure accuracy of all postings, room rates, and accounts in Opera
• Conduct regular security walks and ensure safety of guests, staff, and property
• Perform light cleaning and ensure public areas are well maintained
• Assist with guest needs, including luggage and late arrivals
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
• Prepare reports and ensure a smooth handover to the morning team
• Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns
• Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed
• Support basic housekeeping tasks and maintain presentation of the hotel
• Support night operations to ensure smooth handover to the morning team

This role is guaranteed 30 hours per week at $32.59 per hour.
