We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their stay.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously
• In charge of planning of the FO department during the night.
• Ensure timely submission of all relevant reports and information to all departments in the morning. (GM, Finance, F&B, FO…).
• Ensure applying the Night Auditor policy & procedure attached to Job Description.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
