What you will do

• • • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office tasks for the culinary team.
    • Help monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and ensure proper stock levels for kitchen operations.
    • Maintain and organize kitchen records, recipe files, and inventory spreadsheets.
    • Assist with coordinating culinary events and special functions, providing logistical support as needed.
    • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to overall team efficiency.

What you bring

• • • Currently enrolled in a culinary or hospitality management program or recent graduate.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documents and schedules.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with the team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar administrative software.
    • Enthusiasm for the culinary industry and a desire to learn in a high-end hospitality environment.
