RESERVATIONS AGENT

Job Description

 

  • Be the first point of contact for our guests — handle room bookings and reservation inquiries through our Property Management System.
  • Provide timely, courteous, and informative responses via phone and email.
  • Actively contribute to hotel revenue through up-selling and optimization of room categories.
  • Demonstrate complete knowledge of rates, availability, and promotions — always staying ahead with dynamic rate management.
  • Personally reach out to VIP guests, creating meaningful connections before they even arrive.
  • Ensure accurate updates for all in-house and upcoming reservations.
  • Support flawless guest experiences by securing deposits and preparing for smooth check-in/check-out.
  • Ensure departmental tasks and daily checklists are completed meticulously.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office and other teams to fulfill specific guest needs and requests.
  • Identify potential corporate leads and share opportunities with your Supervisor.
  • Ensure all complimentary stays, upgrades, and special rates are correctly approved and processed.
  • Liaise professionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to maintain alignment and accuracy.
  • Uphold safety and service standards at all times.
  • Deliver service that is consistently professional, warm, and engaging.
