Job Description

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and a drive to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team and ensuring our guests receive a memorable dining experience.

Working Hours:
Full time – 40 hours per week across 5 days
Shifts may vary to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and event days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations across the bar, restaurant, and event spaces
  • Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver high standards of service
  • Welcome and engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with staff training and development to uphold service quality
  • Ensure hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations are maintained
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any issues effectively
  • Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality or F&B
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including events and functions

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.60 per hour
Expected Hours: No less than 40 per week
