Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Supervisor to join our Rotunda Bar & Lounge team.

About the role:

As Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the Rotunda Bar & Lounge, stepping in for the F&B Manager when needed. You’ll help lead the team, ensuring service excellence and that all operations align with Four Seasons standards.

What you will do:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth running of the Rotunda Bar & Lounge.
• Supervise and guide the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons service standards and procedures.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and daily operational needs.
• Foster a positive and professional team environment.

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for food, beverage, and guest service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example.
