JOB DESCRIPTION
Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Host/Hostess to join the Food and Beverage Team at our restaurant, Brassica, at this gorgeous Atlanta property!
Located in one of Atlanta’s most prestigious neighborhoods, this 42-story tower has over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.
Brassica is a timeless dining destination that fuses the richness and long history of French Brasserie fare with Southern influences. The 3-meal restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients capturing hotel guests, Buckhead residents and visitors. The Bar focuses on an innovative beverage program with a small bites menu.

What will I be doing?
As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
