Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for a talented Junior Sous Chef to lead their banquets team! This is a 976-room property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space.
The ideal candidate is a highly creative and skilled culinary professional with at least three years of experience in high-volume banquet operations. This role reports directly to the Executive Sous Chef of Banquets and requires a strong, hands-on leadership presence. This leader will serve as a working culinary leader, actively engaged on the floor approximately 95% of the time. Previous experience in hotel kitchens is strongly preferred.
Shift Pattern: Full-Time/ Full availability is needed including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Junior Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, a Sous Chef would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
