JOB DESCRIPTION

Step into a pivotal leadership role as Complex Hotel Manager, overseeing the daily operations of two renowned properties in Tampa: Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center  and Hilton Tampa Downtown . This dynamic dual-property role offers the unique opportunity to lead teams across two distinct yet complementary brands, delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in the heart of one of Florida’s most vibrant cities.

As Complex Hotel Manager, you will play a strategic role in leading both properties to success—driving guest satisfaction, team engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance. You’ll inspire excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure a seamless brand experience across both locations.

What will I be doing?

The Complex Hotel Manager will report to the General Manager and be accountable for the day-to-day operations of both properties. You will work closely with department heads, brand partners, and ownership groups to ensure both hotels meet and exceed brand standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee all operational aspects across both properties
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and associates
  • Ensure exceptional guest service is consistently delivered, monitored, and improved
  • Oversee key projects including renovations, brand enhancements, and capital improvements
  • Drive financial performance through budget oversight, cost control, and revenue generation
  • Implement strategic plans and service initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor brand compliance and respond to internal audits to ensure continual improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Marketing teams to position both hotels competitively
  • Champion employee engagement and retention through transparent leadership and recognition
