  • ファイナンスビジネスマネージャーの指示のもと、財務部門内のさまざまな業務(給与計算、買掛金管理、売掛金管理、出納業務など)を監督し、関連するローカルおよび本社の方針・手順に従って運営を行います。
  •  売掛金(請求書発行)およびインカムオーディットの業務が滞らないよう、日々のサポートを提供します。
  • 月次決算プロセス(財務諸表の作成、未払計上、仕訳入力、バランスシート勘定の調整など)を十分に理解し、一般的に認められた会計原則(GAAP)および本社のフォーマットに従って作業を行います。
  • 棚卸作業を実施し、数量、価格、評価額の正確性を確認します。
  • 月次の調整仕訳入力や、バランスシートの調整業務をサポートします。
  • 月次の締め処理を期限内に完了させます。
  • 完了したバランスシートの調整内容を確認し、未解決の調整項目については原因を調査し、適切に解消します。
  • 労働基準、給与、その他の財務関連の課題について、他部署のマネージャーを積極的に支援します。
  • 日次、月次、定期的な会計・財務報告を正確かつタイムリーに実施します。
  • 財務ビジネスマネージャーの予算および予測作成業務をサポートします。
  • グローバルデータ基準(GDS)の自己点検、内部統制チェック、年末税務申告準備(オーナーの指示に基づく)、年次保険更新準備(オーナーの指示に基づく)を実施し、PCI委員会にも積極的に関与します。
  • バランスシートや損益計算書の勘定に対する分析・管理・監査対応のために必要な証憑や作業資料を作成します。
  • 日本語、英語力共に上級レベル以上必須

 

  • Responsible for supervising other areas within the Finance Department under the direction of Finance Business Manager, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general cashiering in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Day to Day support for Accounts Receivable (invoice creation) and Income Audit to prevent falling behind.
  • Good understanding of Month-End Process, including but not limited to preparation of financial statements, accruals and journal entries, maintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and subsequent accuracy of count, price, and valuation
  • Assist with month end adjustment journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Closing financial book every month by deadline.
