Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic individual for our Food & Beverage Supervisor.

• You will be the lead in all Front of House Training and operational on boarding.
• You will have a strong sense and knowledge of training concepts and the ability to understand and identify gaps in service standards and improve the guest experience in the dining experience.

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a high end restaurant server/restaurant service or related work
• Strong F&B knowledge and server skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays
