PASTRY COOK II – Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa (Hotel) – The pastry department is a high profile area in that it is the last part of a meal that a guest will have, this can leave the guest with a positive or negative lasting impression of the hotel. At times, the workload can be tremendous and the qualified pastry cook must be prepared for this.
