A Commis III is responsible for maintaining, setting up, producing food and controlling quality of all food items prepared in the different kitchen stations, i.e., meats, fish, vegetables, bread products, sauces, stocks, seasoning, etc. He also is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.

As a Commis III, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Commis III will also be required to prepare all mis-en-place and contribute to departmental targets.
