A Commis III – Bakery is responsible to prepare/produce/bakes breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes, in order to contribute the overall guest satisfaction.

As a Commis III, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Commis III will also be required to prepare all mis-en-place and contribute to departmental targets.
