Job Description

 

  • Oversee all banquet operations, ensuring high service standards and exceptional event experiences.
  • Work with F&B and Sales teams to develop banquet packages, menus, and service concepts to optimize revenue.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the banquet team to deliver flawless events.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banquet, events, or catering management in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong knowledge of event planning, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
