Sobre el puesto: El Cocinero C apoya al equipo culinario en la preparación y presentación de alimentos, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad y limpieza establecidos por Four Seasons. Este rol es fundamental para mantener una cocina organizada, eficiente y en cumplimiento con las normas de seguridad e higiene. Esta posición forma parte del departamento de Cocina y reporta al Sous Chef o Chef de Partie.

Lo que harás:

• Apoyar en la preparación de ingredientes para los diferentes platillos del menú

• Mantener la limpieza y el orden en las estaciones de trabajo y áreas comunes de la cocina

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de higiene y manipulación segura de alimentos

• Colaborar con el equipo de cocina durante el servicio para garantizar una operación fluida

• Seguir instrucciones específicas de los chefs y mostrar disposición para aprender y crecer profesionalmente Lo que traes contigo:

• Experiencia previa en cocina (idealmente en hoteles o restaurantes de alta categoría) es una ventaja

• Actitud positiva, proactividad y ganas de aprender

• Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y en equipo

• Sensibilidad cultural y enfoque en el servicio y la calidad • Pasión por la gastronomía y el trabajo bien hecho
