About the role:

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef. The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for leading the pastry and baker team, supervising the quality of the production for both the restaurants, café, banquet spaces and In-Room Dining. In coordination with Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten and local Chef Greg Vernick and the Hotel Executive Chef, the Executive Pastry Chef will be in charge of elaborating the menus for all Food & Beverage venues in accordance to food and labor cost guidelines and hygiene regulation and laws.

 

What you bring:

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

  • Proven achievements in pastry and baking in luxury hotel, fine dining, banqueting and In- Room Dining
  • Strong leadership, able to work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Culinary partners, Hotel Executive Chef, and a large Food & Beverage team promoting a positive working environment
  • Excellent communications skills, a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set
  • Strong and effective interpersonal skills
