Reportando al F&B Supervisor Bar y al F&B Manager, será responsable de proporcionar un servicio de calidad que garantice la satisfacción de los clientes, de anticiparse a sus solicitudes y de responder positivamente a las peticiones especiales.

MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:

• Ofrecer un servicio excepcional, interactuando con los clientes de forma proactiva, respondiendo a preguntas, realizando recomendaciones y transmitiendo conocimiento sobre nuestra carta de bebidas y cocteles.
• Preparar y servir bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas, siguiendo las recetas y estándares establecidos, cuidando siempre la presentación y la calidad.
• Detectar y anticipar las necesidades de los clientes para garantizar su comodidad y satisfacción en todo momento.
• Mantener un conocimiento profundo de todos los productos y promociones disponibles en el bar.
• Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la barra, manteniendo el área limpia, organizada y bien abastecida.
• Gestionar y controlar el stock de bebidas y materiales, asegurando un correcto registro de ventas y operaciones en el sistema.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el resto del equipo de F&B para garantizar un servicio fluido y eficiente.
• Cumplir con las normativas de higiene, seguridad y manipulación de alimentos y bebidas.
• Participar en formaciones, reuniones y sesiones de cata para mejorar continuamente la experiencia del cliente y el conocimiento del producto.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en hoteles de 5 estrellas, rooftops de alta gama o restaurantes gastronómicos.
• Formación en Hostelería, Restauración o Coctelería (deseable).
