About the location:

Acerca del rol:

 

Es el responsable de recibir a los huéspedes; transportar su equipaje; proporcionar orientación sobre las instalaciones y servicios del hotel, y ofrecer recomendaciones locales. Se encarga también de entregar mensajes y paquetes, y realizar otros encargos dentro del hotel. Su principal objetivo es ofrecer una atención personalizada y excepcional, anticipándose a las necesidades de los huéspedes para garantizar una experiencia inolvidable. Tanto en la llegada, como a la salida de nuestros huéspedes.

 

Lo que vas a hacer:

  • Proteger la seguridad de huéspedes y empleados del hotel y dará respuesta inmediata a cualquier situación de emergencia que pueda surgir.
  • Recibir en la puerta del hotel con una cálida bienvenida a nuestros huéspedes y clientes llamándolos por su nombre.
  • Registrar novedades en el tiempo cumplido, e informar de anomalías.
  • Cumplir con su lista de chequeo del turno y asegurarse de no dejar pendientes para el turno siguiente.
  • Manejar todas las interacciones del huésped con el más alto nivel de hospitalidad y profesionalismo, acomodando peticiones especiales siempre que sea posible; asistirá a los clientes en todas las consultas relacionadas con los servicios del hotel, las horas de operación, el personal clave del hotel, eventos internos, direcciones, etc.
  • Realizar el acompañamiento de los huéspedes a sus habitaciones, allí, debe resaltar al menos 3 amenidades distintivas de la habitación.
  • Ser punto de conexión entre huésped y los diferentes departamentos del hotel para brindar un mejor servicio y reporta a tiempo a su supervisor cualquier incidente o anomalías que hayan ocurrido en su turno.
  • Entregar el equipaje a la habitación posterior al momento del check-in en un tiempo no mayor a 10 minutos y recoge el equipaje de la habitación en el check out.
  • Custodiar el equipaje y mantener registros apropiados de entregas y recolecciones.

 

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia deseable de 6 meses en atención de servicio al cliente.
  • Inglés intermedio -avanzado
