Job Description

 

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, building strong relationships and providing personalized service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to consistently achieve excellence.
  • Manage reservations, guest flow, and service coordination to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor financial performance, support cost control, and assist in achieving revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing and culinary teams to support promotions, events, and seasonal menu launches.
