About the location:
A secluded oasis at the edge of an idyllic lagoon! On the east coast of Mauritius, lapped by turquoise waters perfect for water sports, our relaxing Resort is filled with lush greenery and dramatic views everywhere you turn. Each stylish villa and residence feature its own private garden and pool – just like the home for the Resort’s resident giant tortoises. After a day exploring the Indian Ocean or playing unlimited golf at both our Ernie Els-designed course and Bernhard Langer signature course, unwind at our award-winning Spa and raise a glass at one of our exciting dining venues. Mauritius is teeming with opportunities for your next day’s adventures. This beautiful resort opened in October 2008, and has 90 one-bedroom villas, 1 Presidential Suite, 45 two-to-five-bedroom residential villas, 5 stunning Food and Beverage venues in addition to managing an off-property beach bar/restaurant, an award-winning over water Spa, 2 tennis courts and a fitness center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain updated and accurate listings of:
o City maps and directories
o Restaurants, bars & shops
o In-house services and daily functions
o Cultural activities
o Religious activities
o Sporting events
o Entertainment activities (concerts, theatre, opera, shows, art, etc).
o Special attractions
o Doctors, medical centres, etc.
o Airport/airline schedules and transportation arrangements
· Lead by example, encouraging the team to continuously refine their knowledge by seeking out new restaurants, shops, points of interest and special service providers (i.e. babysitters, Covid testing services, private jets/helicopter/boat services, etc.)
· To maintain and update the information in KEY and act as a KEY champion for the property, ensuring new joiners are trained when they start.
· Ensure rota is scheduled according to operational needs and there is adequate coverage of the Concierge desk and front door at all times.
· Update rotas on Fourth on weekly basis, ensuring working times are recorded accurately and overtime is approved where necessary.
· Review Concierge invoices and commissions on monthly basis, ensuring that suppliers are paid the correct amounts and commissions are recorded accurately. Enter one-time payments for the team on Workday accordingly.
· Take the lead in the recruitment and training of new Concierge and Guest Services team members.

SUMMARY: Managing the day-to-day operation and performance of the Concierge. Ensure the teams maintains Four Seasons service standards Ensure the teams have a thorough knowledge of all Concierge operations, London events and attractions
