The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is looking for a dynamic bartender to join their Food & Beverage team! The hotel has 600 guest rooms, over 45k square footage of event space, and 4 outlets. Eliot’s Bar, named for famed Clevelander and prohibitionist Eliot Ness, offers an all-day dining menu alongside creative cocktails, wine and beer in a comfortable, relaxed setting on the second floor.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bartending experience. Prior hotel experience preferred but not required. Seeking someone who has strong beverage knowledge, an engaging personality and can multi-task well.
Shift Pattern: Open availability to work the PM shift between the hours of 1pm and close. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
