Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our Pavyllon team.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead and supervise your section within the kitchen
  • Participate hands-on in all areas of food preparation and service
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Contribute to creating memorable culinary experiences for our guests

 

What you bring:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury or high-end kitchen
  • Strong culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Passion for food and hospitality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to grow and develop leadership skills
  • You must already have the legal right to work in the UK
