As a Senior Lead Salesforce Engineer, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Software Engineering – Contact Center team reporting to the Director Principal Platform Architect, you will support projects including our Next Gen Contact Center Platform, Reservation and Booking System, and Guest Assistance Platform.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Contribute to Design, Develop, and Test highly customized Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components and Aura Components
• Be the technical Lead and provide domain expertise for Salesforce-related development projects
• Work with Solution Architect, Partners, and other Software Engineers to translate requirements into functional applications
• Maintain codebase, resolve technical issues, and find opportunities for performance and feature improvements
• Maintain environment strategy, including procedures for code versioning, release management, and deployment process
• Remain current on Salesforce.com product enhancement, release schedules, and optimizations to existing codebase with a focus on improving operational efficiency
