About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Spa Department, the Spa Reception and Membership Manager reports to the Spa Director and their assistant.

As Spa Reception and Membership Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise all front desk operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and elevated client and member journey from first contact to post-visit follow-up.
• Manage bookings, payments, membership subscriptions, and loyalty programs.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the spa environment conveys calm, warmth, and professionalism.
• Oversee daily operations and team management at the reception, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Ensure proper organization of the front desk, including scheduling of services and accurate billing.
• Support spa management in daily operations and contribute to overall service excellence.

As Spa Reception and Membership Manager we expect from you:

• You have a minimum of 2 years experience as spa receptionnist in the upscale hospitality sector.
• Your interpersonal skills, active listening, and enthusiasm are true assets for this role.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
