What will I be doing?

• Assists the Director to ensure the efficient operation of the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards.
• Participates in sales, marketing, merchandising, pricing, programming, leading fitness classes, conducting inventory and recording and tracking financial statistics.
• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
