We are looking for a Reservation Supervisor to join our hotel’s reservation department — someone who prioritizes guest satisfaction, has strong communication skills, and a disciplined, detail-oriented work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the reservations department
• Process incoming reservation requests in a timely and organized manner
• Monitor online travel agencies (OTAs) and manage rate distributions
• Collaborate with the sales department to contribute to occupancy and revenue goals
• Guide, train, and evaluate the performance of the reservations team
• Actively use reservation systems (such as Opera)
• Support management through reporting and analysis
• Effectively utilize systems and portals used in the reservation process

Qualifications:

• Graduated from Vocational Schools or Universities in Tourism and Hotel Management
• Experienced in reservations
