Notre hôtel Mercure Saint Lary & Nuxe Spa à Saint-Lary Soulan recherche activement un Responsable Petit Déjeuner F/H, en contrat saisonnier en date du 16/12/2024 au 23/03/2025.
Vos futures missions :
● Vous avez un œil partout, et rien ne vous échappe ! Vous supervisez à la fois les activités du restaurant, du bar, du service en chambre, des banquets, du petit déjeuner et des cuisines.
● En recherche constante d’évolution, vous n’hésitez pas à adapter votre département aux nouvelles tendances pour répondre aux besoins de clients, à leur culture, leurs habitudes de consommation et au paysage concurrentiel.
● Travailler dans votre équipe est un vrai bonheur, et ce sont vos collaborateurs qui le disent ! Vous vous assurez de la bonne ambiance générale et êtes toujours à l’écoute des besoins et envies de chacun.
● Vous êtes garant du développement lié à l’activité restauration de l’hôtel et veillez à sa rentabilité.
● Vous êtes référent en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité.
