Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done.  NH Collection Team Members always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues.   Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

• Taking full Responsibility for month-end closing.
• Preparing monthly account reconciliations and taking actions accordingly.
• Preparing monthly invoices for other Anantara Hotels, General Manager, Store and Shop rentals.
• Preparing all journal vouchers for month-end closing.
• Preparing monthly financial statements for distribution to Department Heads and Executives.
• Approving various city ledger transactions before posting
• Approving payment requests, travel expenses, employee advances and petty cash prior to payment.
• Providing input to budget preparation and input, forecast reports and monthly reporting to corporate office.
• Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.

• At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• At least 5 year experience in overall supervision of accounting functions in the capacity of Chief Accountant or Financial Manager.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills and strong result oriented
• Strong in inter-personality skill
• Proficiency in English communication
