The Role of the Gourmet Hostess
The Gourmet Hostess is responsible for scheduling day and shift assignments for all dining rooms and promptly notifying staff of their schedules. This role includes assigning service stations to servers and bus staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience. During meal service periods, the Gourmet Hostess supervises dining room operations, strategically managing customer seating to balance the flow across various service stations, thereby enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
